Our Minee Subee in the Park Director

Hello and welcome to Minee Subee in the Park! My name is Sandy Jenner and I am the Director here. I have been a part of the Minee Subee family for over 4 years as an Assistant Director and Young 3’s teacher at Minee Subee Grand in Arlington Heights before taking over as Director here in Lincolnshire. It is my belief that children need opportunities to explore, experiment, play, create, question, fail, and try again and again. They need a nurturing environment in which they feel safe and where they receive love, care, and encouragement. Here at Minee Subee we meet those needs every day.

In addition to 18 hours in Early Childhood Education, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Previous to working for Minee Subee I taught art to preschool and school aged children for 10 years. I have found the Early Childhood profession to be my passion, and watching children grow and learn new things to be heartwarming and exciting. I grew up in Buffalo Grove and now live in Lake Zurich with my husband and 8-year-old son.
