Lifelong Success Begins at Minee Subee |
|
Kindergarten | Before and After School Club | Day Camp Three-Year-Old ProgramView an average dayThe Three-Year-Old Program reinforces the basic social skills while introducing new educational skills. These skills include letter and name recognition. Calendar skills are also introduced, such as the days of the week and the months of the year.
Language development is enhanced through reading, story tapes, flannel boards, story telling, and puppets. We also do show and tell each week, which allows each child time to share with classmates, as well as develop self-ease talking before a group. Large motor skills are developed in many different ways including block play, parachute, dancing, and large motor equipment. Cognitive and fine motor skills are taught through educational equipment, games, puzzles, and scissor skills. The children have many different creative and science experiences using a great variety of media. We practice basic math skills on a daily basis. Minee Subee believes in the importance of the children being exposed to many different multi-cultural activities. To enhance this learning, we use multi-cultural puppets, dress-up clothing, dolls, music, and games. |
